He’s Not Cheating, What Could it Be?

Of course, several internal and external factors could play a role in why you may feel like your partner is settling for you. If we are honest, there isn't a perfect relationship out there, and they all require some form of effort. We all have seasons in our relationships that feel dull, stressful, or chaotic, but when you are genuinely in love, and the connection is real those seasons are short. Power in Loving Yourself

Power in Loving Yourself

It has taken me years to achieve liberation and peace. I was fed up with myself, and had to let go of the idea that my life would one day make a turn to where I thought it would be. Loving yourself starts with you. Your body isn't just merely a shell for your spirit and soul. Self-love isn't just a concept to be thrown around to capitalize off of, but it is truly taking a look in the mirror and stripping yourself of the idea that your value comes from other people and other things. It is about being sick and tired of being sick and tired and loving who you truly are, wholeheartedly ALL BY YOURSELF.

I can only be in one place at one time, and if I am sick or my mental health is shaken I have to make time for myself to heal. Learning the boundaries to your resilience is self-love.
