Last Vacation for the Summer – Las Vegas

I woke up like thissssss…

Hey ladyys! I know I haven’t blogged in forever.  I was in Las Vegas from July 17th – 21st. This will be my last vacation for the summer. I really need to focus on saving money. In my ideal world I’d buy a house next year, but we will see how all of this plays out. I am also gearing up for a new blog series that I think you all will enjoy. I have so many ideas in the works and meaningful information to share. Just bear with me for a bit! You can also submit any inquiries, suggestions, or requests via email:, or comment below. I love to hear from you all.

I wanted to share some photos with you like I did with my trip to ATL. I hope you enjoy them!

These are the four other girls I went with. My friends are a movie. There is never a dull moment with them, and they also don’t know the definition of sleep. We are actually in a bathroom in this picture, but everything is so beautiful in Vegas you can hardly tell.

We also had the pleasure of going to Madame Tussauds which is the wax museum. As you can see I got to take a picture with one of my favorite celebrities, Tupac Shakur. I’m all about that Thug Life. Y’all already know. Haha!

We also went to a very popular pool party during the day called, Rehab. We met a lot of people at this party. This guy in the middle with me is Josh from Dallas. He was very nice and wanted to take a picture together. Where ever you are today, Hey Josh!

Here we are again taking another bathroom pic. I don’t know what obsession women have with bathroom pics, but we always feel inclined to do this.

Another great thing I got to do was visit a long time friend of mine. He moved to Vegas a couple of years ago, so it was great to spend time with him. He showed me the mountains and normal life in Vegas outside of the strip. I must say before I went to Vegas I was in a funky space. I was feeling down, feeling un-pretty, and unwanted. I do lots of things with my friends, but I think Vegas was the one trip that finally set me free. I felt very refreshed coming back despite my jet lag. I had the time of my life.

God is good, and he loves you more than the moon.
